Housing Trajectory

The Luton and South Bedfordshire joint Housing Trajectory shows past and future housing build.  It is split by what has been judged to be deliverable within the next 5 years, and developable beyond that period.  Granted planning permissions, emerging sites and and those sites where planning permission is sought is shown alongside projected build from both urban area extensions and future urban area housing capacity.
